Chicken Enchilada Sauce / Pasta
I made this for my family and they loved it! It was nice to just use a rotisserie chicken that was already cooked. It smelled good but I was too chicken to try it as it smelled a little spicy. My mom ate hers over spaghetti squash and the boys ate theirs over penne; both were great! The green stuff on top was guacamole.
