These are Mitch's and many others, favorite mini donut recipe. They are baked and made with real pumpkin making them a not so bad treat! I use my mini donut maker from Bed Bath and Beyond.

This was so interesting to make and soooo delicious! I also used gluten free noodles instead of regular ones and Mitch didn't even notice and my stomach was much happier!
